Dr. Richard A. Craig DDS - Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine

Dr. Richard Craig is the founder of Midwest Dental Sleep Center. He is a general dentist and graduate of the University of Illinois School of Dentistry. He completed an internship in Hospital Dentistry at University of Chicago and has been practicing dentistry for 34 yrs. He has studied under the world’s leading experts in Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Craig has published multiple articles on infection control: he invented and holds patents on several infection control products. He has been a consultant for OSHA, the CDC, FDA and the United States Military. In addition, Dr. Craig has appeared on several local, national and international television and radio programs to speak about his work on infection control. He is a member of American Dental Association and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Kevin Wallace DMD - Dental Director

Dr. Kevin Wallace is a general dentist and graduate of Washington University’s School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Wallace has over 25 years of experience in clinical dentistry, with the past 6 years focused on Dental Sleep Medicine. Throughout the years, Dr. Wallace would routinely see the effects untreated obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) would have on his patients. He began to provide custom oral appliances to his patients that were suffering from OSA, and became increasingly passionate about the therapy. Dr. Wallace decided to dedicate his career exclusively to the practice of Dental Sleep Medicine and joined Midwest Dental Sleep Center. Dr. Wallace is an active member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Academy of General Dentistry and Illinois Sleep Society. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and is an avid sports fan.

Dr. Charles Lockhart DDS - Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, Master of the Academy of General Dentistry

Dr. Charles Lockhart is a general dentist and graduate of the University of Illinois Dental School with honors. He has been treating the Chicago, IL area for over 35 years Dr. Lockhart is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, Academy of Continuing Education, American College of Dentists, International College of Dentists, Academy of General Dentistry American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society and the Chicago Dental Society. Dr Lockhart joined Midwest Dental Sleep Center in January 2009.
